Webb12 jan. 2016 · Even though in Settings -> Keymap -> Editor Actions -> Toggle Case it was set to Ctrl+Shift+U. I am guessing it is a conflict with an OS option or something. Anyway, to solve this I added another shortcut: Alt + U. This one works for me.
