Simple- use your left or right eye on the side without the diopter adjust- focus at infinity on any good subject that will require a critical focus ( I use palm frond against a bright sky local to me). Using the same eye, adjust the diopter to the same object without touching the center focus adjust. I have sent items for repair, overhauling, service under guarantee etc etc and never waited more than a fortnight to receive the optics in return and in repaired / serviced condition. And I have never received a bill - always had things done under guarantee! Absolutely fantastic!
WebMar 10, 2016 · Hi, I've sent a pair of Opticron Discoveries into Opticron for repair. The dioptre has become stuck and the bins are slightly out of collimation. I've received a quote from opticron for labour services. The binoculars are still under guarantee.
