The first time I put it in it didn’t charge my battery which was odd, so I put the old 65 amp back in and that wouldn’t charge my battery either after it literally ... WebNov 28, 2024 · First is easy, big fat wire to the battery. Next, the orange wire is the Field to the regulator. Then the white wire is to the Stator. Yours won't work as-is. The fourth is a good ground. On that harness it is neatly provided by that shiny metal tab that bolts the whole thing to the alternator.
